By using Alami Skincare’s website you are agreeing to Alami Skincare’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and agree to abide by them. The Terms and Conditions shall govern every sale from Alami Skincare to you the customer. At times these Terms and Conditions may change and be updated, and the new terms will apply. It is your responsibility to ensure you keep up to date. If you do not agree with these terms you must not use this website.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to Alami Skincare. All information collected is for the sole purpose of responding to your query or to process your order, update you of your order and make sure it is delivered to the correct address. None of your credit or debit card information is stored. If you have clicked to join our mailing list you will be sent newsletters and promotions. If you wish to unsubscribe please email anna@alamiskincare.co.uk with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line. At Alami skincare we do not pass on your contact details to any third parties, unless required to do so by law or regulation. We never sell or share data.

Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Pound Sterling and don’t include postage. Prices are subject to change without notice and the price charged will be in accordance with the price shown on date the goods were bought. Payment is to be made via Paypal or by debit / credit card. Please follow the instructions on the payment page to fill in your card details and proceed with payment. Alami retains full ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and received by us.
Alami reserves the right to change or amend postage costs for delivery abroad.
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days, but as Alami Skincare products are handmade in small batches, at busy times orders may take up to 3 working days to be dispatched.
All international customers are responsible for customs, duties and brokerage fees which vary with the delivery address. If an international shipment is refused in customs or at the delivery address the customer is responsible for the return freight in addition to the customs, duties and brokerage fees charged for the return to the United Kingdom.

All products are displayed as accurately as possible on this website. However please be aware that as each product is handmade with natural ingredients there may be slight variations in colour and scent.

Using Alami Skincare Products
Alami Skincare products contain natural ingredients which may cause a reaction if you are allergic. Please ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients and please check the allergens listed which are naturally occurring in essential oils. If you have very sensitive skin it is a good idea to do a skin patch test first. If you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, please seek medical advice first. Please seek medical advice if you have a nut allergy as nut oils are used in some of the products.
